the gcr rule book for 2004 lists under the 'permited uses' methanol for all of the Period groups except Period 5. BUT methanol IS NOT listed in the 'prohibited uses' section of Period 5.
how is this to be interpreted?, e.g. not listed is a yes or a no?
with the uses of 'Avgas' or leaded race fuel prohibited from next year, would there be any problem with useing methanol in Period 5?
if so how can this be changed? or can it

There are those who do, those who used to do and those who never did..
why is this 3rd group always trying to convince everyone they know best?

Methanol is not listed because it is not permitted, if you wish to have it changed you will need to prepare a submission for next years Commission Meeting and it would help to get support from other States etc if you want to succeed.
