Hi all;
Just a heads up for anyone using couriers or freight companies, Hunter Express was booked to deliver a welder for me from melbourne to sydney and it has gone missing, They have no idea where it is and have no intention of compensating me for its loss. Its been over 2 weeks since it should have been delivered and after many phone calls they have no ideas, and all they have offered is the cost of the freight back.
I strongly suggest using a different and more reputable company. I'll be off to see a lawyer I suppose.
Bob.

Hunter Express is just one trading name, others are CLC deliveries,Alpha couriers or Advance Transport systems. No luck yet ,they are still claiming no liability and are playing ducks and drakes, I'm off to the solicitor tomorrow.
