remember the one event licence is only available to experienced riders who have had a racing licence within the last 10 years. Any application must be direct to MV at least 4 weeks before the event. |

I am organising my entry and licence as we speak! I would like to try the one event licence as on average I will only be attending 1-3 meets per year. Will C U there!

Great to see competitors are so keen this far out. Staff at Broadford look forward to this event and preparation although in the planning stages is under way. |

Now just a week away - the circuit has never looked better. The guys have been out all this week cutting grass - snipping weeds - ready for the 25th Southern Classic. Come and have a great time. |

I read an email last week that said 105 and still going. Gates open at 7:00am Friday for practice - on track from 9:00am to 4:00pm |

G'day Patrick! The track was great for the Old Fart's a couple of weeks ago! Have a good meeting next weekend. Keep the Period 1 bikes in mind for next year - there are five starters for the handicap races at the National Champs at Mac Park in November. Could we make it 10 for the Southern Classic 2007? |

Thanks for your help with the photo shoot for the re-enactment event Ian - should have something back next week which I will email to you. Some of the spectators at the Old Farts event had never seen a Period 1 bike before. I took a number of calls the next week wanting to know when we would be having them again. One father said that his 15 year old son was so inspired by "The Worlds Fastest Indian" that he was often at their local library bringing home books on veteran bikes. They enjoyed the day at Broadford and said how much they were impressed Ian, with your 1912 Triumph. I would like to see 10 at the 2007 SC - if there is anything we can do to help we will.
