Can anybody identify this old roadracer? The owner has passed away and the family would like to trace it's history. It has been in the Geelong area all it's life. Apparently it was quite a goer in its day. Can you help with its history?

Is the bike definitely a CZ/Jawa? If it's got a watercooled head and aircooled barrel, it could be the maico works two stroke that was brought here in the early 70s.

I think you will find the watercooled Maico is owned by Peter West in Ferntree Gully

The Maico had a watercooled barrel, and aircooled head, and I believe it had swing arm suspension. It was quite a bit later.
